Effective communication of what your product does and why it’s relevant to your customers is easier said than done. And that’s especially true if you have a highly technical product, a complex customer base, or both.

Having spent fourteen years wrangling with marketing challenges for a wide range of clients, I’ve developed a sense of what good looks like and how to best achieve that. While there are always variations on a theme and technologies vary, when you are dealing with people and how they communicate, there are some non-negotiable building blocks that need to be in place in order to achieve success.
